"We hereby voluntarily commit ourselves to support the aims of the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association - HELMEPA as stated in its Voluntary Founding Declaration of 4th June 1982 and the Action Plan for the prevention of ship generated marine pollution and development of safety mindedness on board. Moreover, we accept the rules of the association as outlined in its Statutes."
