In the period 1983 - 2010 a total of 16,793 Deck and Engine Officers, Member Companies' Staff, Hellenic Coast Guard and Hellenic Navy Officers have attended 27 such annual programs.

Certificates of Attendance are issued to participants who attend the complete duration of the seminar. Relevant data of participation and certification is made available to sponsoring Member Companies.
