The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA) convenes online the 41st Annual General Assembly, on Thursday, 16 November 2023 at 14:00 hrs and invites its Members who have settled their annual fees to take part in order to discuss and decide upon the following issues of the Agenda.

Agenda
- Approval of the Activities’ Report of the Board of Directors
- Approval of the Auditors’ Report and Balance Sheet for the year 2022
- Release of the BoD and Auditors from any management responsibility for the year 2022
- Election of Auditors for the period for the period 1 January to 31 December 2023
- Removal of Membership Status of Members who have delayed unduly their annual fees, in accordance with the provisions of § 12.4 & 12.5 of the Article 12 of the Constitution
- Proposal to amend Article 2, §1 and Article 4, §1, item (e) and to add items (n), (o) and (p) of the Constitution
- Various other issues and announcements
Only Members who have settled their annual membership fees have the right to vote and participate in the General Assembly.
All those eligible to participate in the General Assembly “take part either in person or through a proxy that they themselves have specifically appointed in writing”. Note that each member may, with written authorization, represent up to two (2) absent members.
